You have? well what are you doing here? pop across to the bugatti-configurator and build yourself a Veyron.
If you happen to fancy buying me one, then Bright Silver Metalic and Lemon for me please
Honestly I would go through my thought's on last night's Dr Who. But again (as last week) Dan has beaten me too it.
I would like to add to Dans run through, the CGI guys at the BBC really need a hand of applause, the Dr Who CGI just keeps getting better (and worse strangely). If you sit down and look at the CGI it's extremely well done technically, all the right lighting, transition and animation is there. But because it's for Dr Who it's still has that cheesy 'not real' edge to it. Brilliant.
Dan sums the episode up perfectly so pop along there and have a read. Oh and for those not in the know a new 'Game' has been launched by the BBC. Who is Doctor Who? oh and there is Visit Torchwood as well
If you missed it, or are outside the UK then download it here (Requires an EasyNews account)
I would possibly spend it on one of these. The Audi V8 powered RS4.
This has got too be one of the greatest sports sedans of recent years (yes better than the current M3 in my humble opinion).
Want to watch Jackie Ickx and his daughter Vanina (who races for Audi in the DTM Series) in two RS4's around Paul Ricard? yes, then click here. The sound of that V8 won't let you down!
The DVD Times is reporting that a region 1 version of a fully restored version of the great F1 movie is being released. It features a restored 65mm to DVD video transfer and a remastered 5.1 soundtrack.
It also features a bunch of documentaries, 4 of which have not been released before.
I'm not sure about a region 2 release date (or even if it's coming here) so I would pick it up from your local R1 distributor.
Where all the F1 based content has disapeared to. Then wonder no more! pop over to f1-blog.co.uk for a more in depth look at one of my passions.
All I have to ask is WHY? This is the most boring and ugly (before the 3 I had no idea that combination was possible) designs yet from the Bavarian company. Yes without doubt it is possibly the best driver focused car in it's class, but best car? I think not.
I know the new MX5 was deservedly high up in the list, and I personally would have rated the Audi S4 above the 330i (although my opinion may change after a go in the M3).
Yes you have to admire BMW for the fact that the Bangle design is a brave one, and the revamped 7 series has grown on me, and I don't even mind the Z4 from most angles. But the 3 series!
Let's just hop the Coupe version of it is a DAMN sight sexier than it's fugly 'standard' brother.
So BMW, can I have an M3 to test for a week or so
VW Group have announced the current MKV Golf will be replaced in 2008 by the MKVI. The new Golf will be based on a tuned version of the current model's running gear, but will have a more aggressive style both front and back. It looks nice, the standard car will probably inherit some of the current GTi model's looks, so the GTi should be great to look at.
The engine lineup will be pretty much the same as the current lineup but with the dual charged engines appearing on more than the 1.4ltr one (Golf GTi with 2ltr Supercharged Turbo would be a hoot).
That however is in 2008, coming next year will be the R36. This will be based on the current R32, but with the 3.6ltr V6 that has been seen in the Passat probably pushing around the 280-300bhp mark. The car will come equipped with 19" alloys based on the design from the Lamborghini Gallardo, suspension, brakes and the 4×4 system will be tweaked as well. It should be a great car when it comes along next year. (some R36 pics after the clickthrough)
More pictures of the Caparo T1 have wound up on the net before it's launch in Monaco. This is looking like being one of the most extreme 'super cars' on the road eclipsing the Zonda and even the Atom for extremes of design.

Great cut up of some of the original footage, as well as some new FX and clips from other movies.
