VW’s in car PC
CNet have got a good video showing off VW’s R&D into the in car dashboard (codename Gypsy). Brian Cooley goes through some of the features that Microsoft, Apple, VW and Google are looking to deploy to a car near you soon(ish).
Unfortunately the Google Earth satnav demo is not shown, and Brian glances over the Microsoft Windows Mobile integration. But it’s still worth a watch.
If you think you have an information overload whilst driving at the moment, think again, it’s only going to get worse as the world get’s more connected.
