Paint.net
A friend has just sent me a mail asking for a free image editor package. I had a think, and somewhere lost in my mind (it is a cluttered place) I remembered the Paint.net project. I’ve just downloaded it and it’s come along in HUGE bounds since my last dabble with it. It’s now a .net 2.0 based application, and is open source; so if you want to have a look how to play with graphics in .net 2.0 then pull it down.
