XBox360 as an XBox
Microsoft have released a list of games that have compatibility tested OK on the 360 hardware, Halo and Halo2 are obviously on th list as are things like Call of Duty, Colin McRae Rally 4 and Forza Motorsport.
The list is big and growing as well, so it looks like MS got the compatibility engine working just fine on the new hardware. Only time will tell if MS will do ‘upgrades’ for some of these titles (Halo/Halo2) over live.
